Recruitment Process For Saudi Arabia From Pakistan

Step 1: CV Screening & Initial Application

The first step in the Saudi Arabia recruitment process is submitting your CV or job application to Sony Manpower. Our recruitment team carefully reviews your qualifications, work experience, and skills to match you with the right job vacancy in Saudi Arabia. We handle recruitment for a wide range of categories including construction workers, drivers, electricians, plumbers, engineers, nurses, and office staff.

Documents required at this stage:

Step 2: Trade Test / Skill Assessment

Once your CV is shortlisted, you will be called for a trade test or skill assessment. This test is conducted to verify your professional skills and ensure you meet the requirements of the Saudi employer. Trade tests are usually conducted at our office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad or at a designated testing center. For technical workers such as electricians, welders, or plumbers, a practical skills test is conducted. For office or professional roles, a written or verbal interview may be held.

Step 3: Medical Fitness Test

After passing the trade test, you will be sent for a medical fitness examination at a Saudi Embassy approved medical center in Pakistan. The medical test checks your overall health, including blood tests, chest X-ray, and other examinations. Saudi Arabia requires all foreign workers to be medically fit before a work visa is issued. The medical test results are sent directly to the Saudi authorities through the Enjaz online system.

Step 4: Visa Stamping at Saudi Embassy Islamabad

Once your medical test is cleared, Sony Manpower submits your visa application to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad through the Enjaz portal. The Saudi employer sends a visa block  which is linked to your passport. After visa approval, your passport is submitted to the embassy for visa stamping. Visa stamping usually takes 7 to 15 working days depending on the visa category and current embassy workload.

• Visa copy from Saudi employer
• Passport-size photographs

Step 5: BEOE Clearance (Bureau of Emigration)

Before departure, every Pakistani worker going abroad for employment must obtain clearance from the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE), also known as Protectorate of Emigrants. This is a Government of Pakistan requirement to protect overseas workers. Sony Manpower handles the complete BEOE registration and emigration clearance process on your behalf. You will receive an Emigration Clearance stamp in your passport.

Step 6: Pre-Departure Orientation & Flight Booking

Once all documentation is complete and emigration clearance is obtained, Sony Manpower arranges your flight tickets to Saudi Arabia. Before departure, we also provide a pre-departure orientation briefing. This session covers important information about working conditions, your rights as an overseas worker, Saudi Arabia labour laws, emergency contacts, and what to expect upon arrival. Your Saudi employer or their representative will receive you at the airport in Saudi Arabia.
